From Grandpa Emil naming a street in San Jose to Jamie helping homeowners across the Monterey Bay, four generations of Rivoir real estate.

When we say we know this market, we mean our family helped build it.

Our Story

The Rivoir family's real estate story began when Emil "Tut" Rivoir, a former Vice President at Security Savings and Loan in San Jose, retired from banking in 1970 and became a broker. He didn't just sell homes. He built them.

The Rivoir family's developments in San Jose area led to the city naming a street after them. Rivoir Drive still stands today.

His son Richard carried the tradition forward as a second-generation builder and investor across Santa Cruz and the Bay Area. Today, Jamie, Richard's son and the third generation, leads Rivoir Solutions with the same hands-on approach his family has been known for since the 1970s.

And with Jamie's son Jaxson already in the picture, the fourth generation is on its way.
